In registering for this account, you agreed to recurring monthly or annual payments. Cancellation of your Shine FM Platform account will stop future payments. You may cancel your account by selecting “Account Info” under the Support menu in the right column, (Click Here to open in a new window).

Under “My Programs,” accounts are listed under “Level.” Find the account in this list, (there may be just one account), and select “Cancel.”  You will be asked to confirm that you want to cancel this subscription. If you select, “Yes,” you will see a message onscreen that your account has been canceled. You will receive an email confirming cancellation.

Per the Platform Agreement executed as part of your registration, accounts must be cancelled at least five days prior the renewal date in order to avoid charges. Once canceled, your account will remain active until the renewal date.
